I began my first foray into the world of real estate back in 2007, when I bought my first rental property. From that moment onwards, I was hooked and wanted to own more. Over the years, I have gone from owning that single condominium to building a significant portfolio of properties that included single family homes and multi-family apartment buildings.
In 2016, I decided to expand into real estate development, focusing on multi-family investment properties in the Ottawa and Toronto areas that I could both hold and offer to other investors. Since that time, I have completed a number of projects in both cities with the largest being an eight unit building in Toronto.
One of the greatest lessons I have learned in real estate is that you don’t need to go far to find good opportunities – you just need to know what you’re looking for. Using the experience I have gained purchasing investment properties over the years, and coupling it with my current employment as a real estate broker and developer, places me in a unique position to assist clients in working towards financial freedom through owning real estate.
