Kevin Sharpe

What first drew me to the real estate profession was my passion for learning and the enjoyment of working with others. Working in real estate, has provided me with the opportunity to pass along the knowledge I have gained over 17 years of buying and selling real estate to help my clients successfully make one of the biggest decisions in their lives. The feeling of satisfaction when assisting someone sell their home, or helping a friend buy their dream home is what it's all about. Looking at someone's face and seeing them smile makes it all worth it in the end.

Not Your Average Realtor

In 2012, I founded my first real estate company with the purpose of creating a diversified real investment portfolio. As the company grew, I had the opportunity to gain significant experience in evaluating and analyzing various real estate investment options. This particular knowledge allows me to assist my clients in building successful real estate investment portfolios and understand how to differentiate between a good investment property and a poor one. After the success of my investment company, I then went on to start my own development company in the Ottawa area. Since then, the company has expanded into the Toronto market and plans are underway to expand internationally. The experience I have gained working in this field has provided me with a unique understanding of what actually goes into a home from start to finish. My clients, therefore, benefit from my construction knowledge when evaluating a home they’re interested in. Understanding the costs that may be required down the road can definitely provide extra piece of mind.

Since winning Rookie of the Year my first year in real estate sales, I have consistently won awards for being at the top of my profession and for the hard work and dedication I give to the people I work with.
